Life Spine
The Centric-T Pedicle-Based Retractor provides direct visualization for TLIF procedures with the ability to distract the vertebral bodies using one Micro-Invasive solution. Pedicle-based blade fixation is designed to reduce muscle encroachment during discectomy and interbody placement, while providing unimpeded access to anatomical landmarks. Vertebral distraction can be achieved through blade angulation mechanisms. Multifidus retraction is achieved through a telescoping, towing, pivoting Medial Blade capable of providing direct access to the contralateral anatomy.
- Pedicle-based fixation allows vertebral distraction for access to the tightest of disc spaces
- Modular tap technology is designed to eliminate concerns of final screw purchase
- Slim Medial Arm provides fluoroscopic viewing window into the disc space
- Fully adjustable Medial Blade allows for optimal access to perform contralateral decompressions
- Ambi-blades reduce surgical steps in multi-level surgeries
ZERO-STEP LOCKING MECHANISM:The IRIS Anterior Cervical Plate provides a comprehensive set of implants and instruments to accommodate the needs and preferences of surgeons. The system incorporates a low pro¬le plate with a zero-step integrated nitinol locking mechanism, large graft windows and optimal screw angulation. The IRIS ACP system provides tactile and visual confirmation of final screw placement while simplifying instrumentation for intraoperative techniques.
- Zero-Step Integrated Nitinol Locking Mechanism
- Tactile and Visual Confirmation of Final Screw Placement
- Self-drilling/ Self-tapping Fixed and Variable Angle Bone Screw Configurations
- Optimal Screw Angulation to accommodate patient anatomy
- Streamlined, surgeon-inspired instrumentation
- Provides intraoperative assurance and reliability
The PROLIFT Expandable Spacer System with OSSEO-LOC Surface Technology provides a micro-invasive solution for TLIF and PLIF procedures. With up to 6mm of in situ expansion, ProLift allows for restoration of normal anatomic disc height and decompression of neural elements. Streamlined instrumentation provides the surgeon minimal tissue disruption and nerve retraction while achieving surgical goals and restoring patient alignment.
- Controlled In-Situ Expansion
- Osseo-Loc Surface Technology
- Ability to Collapse/Expand, in situ to Reposition
- Bulleted Tip Simplifies Insertion
- Reduced Instrument Passes
- In Situ Graft Delivery
- Restoration of Normal Physiologic Alignment
- Visual & Tactile Confirmation to Prevent Over Distraction
- Streamlined Instrumentation for Simple, Reliable Procedures
Occipito-Cervico-Thoracic (OCT) System: The SOLSTICE® OCT System provides rigid stabilization and promotes fusion of the posterior occipito-cervico-thoracic regions (Occiput -T3) of the spine. The system contains easy to use implants and instruments that address simple and complex cases and unique patient anatomies. The SOLSTICE OCT System incorporates a number of engineered features that make the system uniquely designed to increase the speed, ease of use, and reliability of posterior occipito-cervico-thoracic fixation of the spine.
- Maintain screw head position within the surgical wound
- Reduces Chance of cross threading
- Simplifies contoured rod placement
- allows for easier insertion into the bone
- Reduce Construct height reduces soft tissue irritation
- facilitates easy rod placement from the occipital plate to the Cervico-Thoracic region
